Whether you have an extravagant theme party that requires our fourteen course culinary flight of appetizers, a traditional sit-down wedding dinner featuring haute cuisine or a momentous birthday celebration with explosive chef stations from around the globe . . . We can handle any or all details of your event, enabling you to relax and enjoy an amazing dinner with your guests.

ChileCo incorporates an old-world, organic approach to food and endeavors to enhance our diner’s appreciation for our Earth’s bounty by utilizing in-season, local and organically grown produce whenever possible. We do this not just because we believe in the very simple principles of freshness and sustainability, but also because fresh, local and organic tastes better.

Of course, our commitment to using only the highest quality, sustainable, and organic local ingredients is expensive and our prices reflect a portion of that reality.    We are confident that you and your guests will taste the difference, appreciate the quality and savor each forkful.

“The Social”

The ChileCo Social is a magical & unique dining experience. It is a gathering of a limited number of guests, for the enjoyment of each others company while being treated to a five course wine and dinner pairing in celebration of artisanal goods, local farmers, ranchers and fisherman.

Seating is limited at each Social. Reservations are required and taken on a first come, first serve basis. Socials start aprox. one hour before sunset on that day

“Wind” Sunday, September 12th at an undisclosed rooftop. Mafia Wars. Truffles. Urban Development.

“Heart” Sunday, October 17th - Details to be revealed to Season Pass Holders Only.
